Depending on your mood, you could begin
early with a fine walk through Abbey Park.
There is a small animal park - you're
advised not to feed the animals, but they
seem quite partial to the odd ice cream!
The recently renovated market is another
must see area during your time in Leicester,
purely for the reason that it includes
a fruit stall run by none other than the
family of Mr Gary Lineker the England
football star and BBC match of the day
presenter.
